Choppingknife Ulfric

The hatch "Ulfric" was designed as a kitchen hatchet. The wide blade is based on the shape of Chinese chopping knives and allows fast and safe working in all areas of the kitchen. Forged from a massive piece of steel, the ax is pleasantly heavy. The twisted handle fits well in the hand and gives the ax the necessary balance.
Whether cutting off chops, dissecting poultry or simply cutting vegetables, this versatile kitchen aid is easy to handle and reliably handles every job.
As with many of our steel products, the workings of the forging process were consciously preserved in order to give the ax a rustic wrought-iron character.
We recommend that you keep the hat regularly with Ballistol. The food oil does not become drippy, is not rancid and is best suited to keep the kitchen ax and other steel products always ready for use.
