The large fork of the cooking utensil "Anselm" can be used as a grill fork or a serving fork. Even larger roasts can be easily cut together with the "Anselm" Chefknife. On a hearty roasting platter it is functional and decorative. Like all parts of our popular cooking utensils, the large fork is very rustic. Two long tines are attached to a twisted, wood-covered handle. The surface of the steel was deliberately not ground and blackened to give the forks a more wrought iron character. The handles are riveted with brass pins.
The fork can be stored in the "Anselm" roller bag, like the entire cooking set.
